Please Update Your Greeting for Advanced Product Support

Inmotion has fantastic phone support - THANK YOU!  It's great.

A while back when calling APS the greeting message added a male voice saying something like "wait times may be 30 minutes" and if you want fast support "put in a ticket"  Well that is just not true - in ten years or so I may have waited more than 15 minutes 3-4 times.

I have tested the ticket system and after a day for a simple question, no one has looked at it.  If I had called, I would have been done in 5-10 minutes - plus the extra minute or so having to listen to the added greeting.

Please update the greeting and remove the superfluous male voice with misleading information.
